The Ladybirds

The ladybirds are part of a larger body of work and an accompanying element to a children’s educational card game I designed and created.  The game was designed to encourage interest in the natural world while reinforcing children's visual discrimination skills, and won an award in 2009.   It is currently in the marketing process.  

 The ladybird images total a range of twelve individual ladybird illustrations, each one representing a species of ladybird that can currently be found in the UK. These images have been used on a range of gift cards in a personal project to raise awareness for the card game.
