The Discovery

This page shows the series of Illustrations i did for the childrens rolling story 'The Discovery'.  

The Discovery is a children’s story written by children for children as part of the Reading For Life event that took place this year. The Discovery was an exciting new project set up and supported by the Portsmouth local paper The News, as part of a scheme to get local school children engaged and active in contemporary literature.  With the help of a number of participating schools, the rolling story had each new chapter written by a different group of children, resulting in hundreds of children taking part in the event.  The rolling story eventually evolved into the completed story called The Discovery,  with the project being completed in March this year.  If you would like to find out more information about this project please visit my news page.
